Flint River Ranch Double Baked Kibble

Mom ordered me some food from Flint River Ranch over the weekend so I've been waiting on it ever since. Yesterday was President's day, so the mail didn't run. I've been waiting sooo patiently...

But today, it came!!

Doesn't it look good??! Its all crumbly like cookies... yum!!

"What a silly question... of course I want it, Mom!!!"

Om nom nom...

Mom, I don't hover around when you eat, do I??

My New Bed!

Mom and Dad bought me a new bed recently, and boy do I love it! Its even Zebra striped like my collar and my blog layout. How cool is that?! I don't even want to sleep in the bed all night with Mom and Dad because I love my bed so much. I do still sneak up there when Mom get's up in the morning though... ha ha!

I Miss You, Mom!

If you hadn't noticed, I haven't been able to get on the computer much lately. That's because my Mom got a new job, and she's gone all day long, so I have no one to help me turn on the computer and type... its hard to do that with my big kangaroo paws as Dad calls them! At least Dad gets home from work around lunch time.. that make's it better, but I still miss Mom.

Smile!! Mom's home from work!!

Freaky Friday

Not the prettiest picture of me.... but my Dad (hiding in the top right corner!) suggested that I start a feature called "Freaky Friday" and this should be the first of many silly outtakes. I hope I didn't scare anyone away, ha ha!

Flight of the Honey Bear

Not trying to make you drool but I got a story to tell. & Who doesn't like stories with pictures?? This story is inspired by a certain yummy, honey bear human snack that smells sooo good..

Mom's inspiration.. my desire!!

Mom's creation ready to be baked with love!

Tired of waiting....

The finished product!!! So shiny!

The comparison; Mom's vs honey bears
Mom's definitely wins! Mom even took time to make them shiny like the bears, though it doesn't matter to me. But I like the shiny, its pretty! She kinda burnt the first batch.. but thats okay. Still yummy!  I ate the treats she offered me so fast she didn't have time to take a picture. Ha ha!

Tasty Thursday: Peanut Butter by the Blue Spoonful!

I love my pretty blue spoon! It means something special and yummy is coming!! And special it was! Dad gave me a spoonful of peanut butter!! It was soo good... I just kept licking 'cause it got stuck to the top of my mouth. Dad couldn't stop laughing at my peanut butter mustache, ha ha! Laugh all you want Dad, but I love peanut butter!!!

Here I am!

I love hide and seek (even though we weren't hiding). So glad you found me! Mom moved my blog. And changed how it looks. Now its all pinkified. Sorry to all my boy friends.

Mom went grocery shopping over the weekend. I didn't get to go with her sadly... but stores won't allow cutie pies such as myself inside. I can't imagine why! Anyway, Mom came home with this yellow box. It had bears on it. When Mom opened the box, it smelled SO good. She started eating them... Mom felt so sorry that she later made me my own cookies! Mine were in the shapes of hearts instead of bears. They tasted sososososo good..... maybe she'll share her recipe one day. She said she's still perfecting it, but I thought they tasted scrump-dittily-umptious!!

Snow Daze

A couple of weeks ago, a bunch of cold stuff fell from the big blue space above onto the ground and turned everything white! If I didn't have my spots, I could have really got lost outside during a potty break! Mom said there was over 6 inches on the ground. Apparently that's alot for this part of the country. The first day it was here, it was kind of fun to play in, until big clumps of  that stuff got stuck in my fur, ha ha! After the first night it was on the ground, it all turned to hard, slick, white stuff. Then it was NOT fun. I slid everywhere and the ice cracked under my feet. Mom laughed at me and said it was okay. I didn't not think it was funny... until I decided I wanted to play and ran back up to the house, pulling mom all the way.. he he.

Here's me in the snow. See if you can find me! I kind of blend in, except for my spots, ha ha!

Tired after being out in the white stuff!

Seeing Double

My Mom searched Petfinder and found my better half! I started searching, but I it was hard to find another that looks like me, so decided to take a nap. Anyway! Its for a contest by Norwood Unleashed. Go have a look!

Meet Tonka! He's a few years younger than me but he's super cute so thats okay! We have the same splotchy noses (Mom calls mine a cow nose, haha) and same creamy white fur, with a few patches of color here and there. He's a cutie!

And here's me!

If a good dog could blog, what would a good dog blog about?

Hi there! My name is Bindi! I'm 4 year old Australian Shepherd. I live with my mom, Megan, and my dad, Brad, and also his parents, too! I've got them all wrapped around my paws so tight its not even funny. Well, I'm not gonna lie... it is funny!

Anyway, My Mom and Dad and his mom and dad rescued me in December of 2010. Mom found my picture on Petfinder.com and fell in love instantly. I mean, how could she not -- just look at my face! I was at a rescue that specializes in white aussies (I think my foster mom called them Lethal Whites). Foster Mom said I was special, because my eyesight and hearing are both great! When my new family first came to meet me, I was scared... really scared!! I was whining, barking and hiding from them... but now I feel silly about it. Mom sat down on the couch and offered me a treat if I would come to her. I knew she would be a great Mom, because she offered me a Milkbone. It was love at first bite!
